A detailed examination covering your hair (donor density, miniaturisation, Norwood grade) or facial anatomy and skin quality. Photography may be taken for tracking.

Family history, medications, medical conditions and lifestyle factors that may influence treatment selection and outcomes.

Dr Jai explains realistic options, including when not to treat, so you understand the full picture before committing to anything.

Your first consultation is $150, for either the Precision Hair Diagnostic or the Precision Skin Diagnostic. Dr Jai takes the time to understand your concerns before making any recommendation, and there is no obligation to proceed. The fee is credited to your treatment if you go ahead within 90 days.
Follow-up consultation fees depend on your treatment plan and are confirmed with you directly.
The Precision Hair Diagnostic takes about 45 minutes. Hair transplant planning and more complex cases can take longer, and we will let you know when you book.
Absolutely. Many of our patients bring a partner or trusted friend, particularly for hair transplant consultations.
No. Our entire approach is built on the opposite of high-pressure sales. Take your time to consider.
The Precision Hair Diagnostic includes a comprehensive hair-loss assessment, a discussion of your goals and expectations, a hair and scalp examination with trichoscopy, Dr Jai's clinical findings and outlook, your personalised treatment options and a written treatment plan to take home.
Because it is a full clinical assessment, not a sales conversation. A proper diagnosis takes time, examination and a written plan, and the fee lets Dr Jai give every patient that time. If you go ahead with treatment within 90 days, the fee is credited to your bill.
Nothing more is owed. You keep your written findings and there is no obligation to proceed, now or later. If you come back after 90 days.
You can reschedule at any time. Payment is made at the clinic. To finalise your booking, we’ll confirm the day and time that suit you best.
Yes. The Precision Skin Diagnostic also costs $150, and the fee is credited towards treatment if you proceed within 90 days.
